  1. Production (Fulfillment) Time

Every item at www.dalivalley.com is custom-made to order. This means we don’t have a warehouse of pre-printed goods; we print your unique design specifically for you once the order is placed.

  • Average Production Time: 2–5 Business Days.
  • Peak Season: During holidays (Nov–Dec), production may take 4–7 business days.
  • Note: Production time does not include shipping time.

Once your item has passed quality control and is packaged, it will be shipped via tracked service.

  • Total Wait Time: Estimated 4–10 business days from the order date to your doorstep.
  • Remote Areas: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military bases (APO/FPO) may take an additional 7–12 business days.
  1. Address Accuracy & Responsibility
  • Address Verification: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Please double-check your details at checkout. We cannot modify the address once the order has entered production.
  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the package again.
  • Marked as “Delivered”: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “Delivered.” We recommend shipping to a secure location or monitoring your tracking link closely.
  • Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (status is NOT “Delivered”), please contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will issue a free replacement.

  • Real-Time Rates: Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your cart.
  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 USD within the continental United States.

 

Digital Items Delivery

 

  1. Instant Access All digital products (Images, art prints, templates, or other digital files) are delivered electronically. You will not receive a physical product in the mail.
  2. How to Download
  • Instant Download: After your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download page.
  • Email Delivery: You will also receive an automated email containing a link to download your files. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox within a few minutes.
  1. No Shipping Fees Digital items do not incur any shipping costs. If you have both physical and digital items in your cart, shipping fees will only apply to the physical products.
  2. Returns and Refunds for Digital Items Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once the file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations.
