Returns & Replacements Policy

  1. Our Commitment at www.dalivalley.com, every item is custom-printed specifically for you at the time of your order. Because we do not maintain a physical inventory of pre-printed goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of “buyer’s remorse” or incorrect size/color selection. Please carefully review the size guides and color options provided in each listing before finalizing your purchase. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items (Our Guarantee) If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right. In these cases, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Eligible reasons for a claim include:

  • Defective or Damaged Product: Visible holes, tears, or structural flaws.
  • Misprinted Item: Noticeable print errors or the wrong design/color/size delivered.
  • Lost in Transit: The tracking status never shows as “Delivered” and has exceeded the estimated delivery window.

Note: We are not responsible for orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or for items lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

  1. How to Start a Claim To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at support@dalivalley.com within 14 days of the delivery date. To process your claim quickly, please include:
  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item received.
  • A photo of the shipping label (showing the tracking number).

Once the error is verified, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. In most cases, you do not need to return the original item.

  1. Sizing Policy (One-Time Courtesy) We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging. While we do not offer standard exchanges, as a one-time courtesy, we may offer a discounted re-order code if your item doesn’t fit as expected. This is offered at our discretion to ensure you love what you wear.
